Your BRIDGE back to being active at every age and stage

Lack of energy (fatigue)?

You are always tired or run out of energy sooner than others when playing. Your child may find it hard to find an interest in trying an activity because it takes so much energy for them.

What?

We typically find there are two reasons for physical activity to be overly tiring. Your foundational micromovements between your core and limbs are disconnected or jammed. Every movement requires extra effort and is exhausting.

  • Your core muscles are not coordinating well enough to properly support breathing.
  • You breathe, but not as fully and efficiently as you should.

How?

Our micromovement assessment quickly surfaces where the cause of the problem is. We make sure you are safe while we analyze your balance and breathing. We keep our assessment within your comfort tolerance for risk. Even standing steadier with a walker can be a big win!

What do we look for?

There are two key core organization aspects we look for–do the muscle surrounding the core work together synchronously and does the diaphragm muscle work correctly to support breathing.

Why does this matter?

Often your fatigue is linked to poor function of the core. The cause can be any of the basic micromovement disrupters—injury, illness, medical procedures, or early life/birth events. Each of these causes an upset to the intricate ways the muscles in the core coordinate to support efficient movement and internal function of the core.

By recognizing the unique disrupters in your past, Bridging can specifically support your muscles and guide them to work together again. You will be moving easier after your first session, with most of your micromovements restored in 2-3 sessions.
